It's springtime, welcome to the Bolzano Flower Festival
Ready to welcome the awakening of spring? The gentle warmth of the sun on your skin, the days are getting longer, the scent floods the air, the explosion of colours invades the streets and balconies.
And while the city prepares for the new look of the season, we welcome you to the flower exhibition that, like every year, turns the historical centre of Bolzano into an open-air flower garden.
On 30th April and 1st May, the wonderful setting of Piazza Walther, now in its 135th edition of the traditional spring festival, will become a vast botanical garden.
Plants and flowers of all kinds will be on display: geraniums, cyclamens, orchids, roses, daisies, azaleas, begonias and much more. Varied flower stalls will inspire you to make your garden or balcony more beautiful, thanks also to the precious advice of experts. And for garden lovers, there is a wide choice of fresh seedlings and vegetables to grow.
In addition, a rich programme of musical entertainment provides an even more magical atmosphere.
