Gourmet Skisafari on the slopes of Alta Badia
For all fans of skiing and good food, the new edition of Gourmet Skisafari is back.
On 14 December from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the customary appointment with the food and wine event that, for over 15 years, has been making the winter season in Alta Badia ‘tastier’.
A special occasion in which, between one descent and the next down the ski slopes, you will be able to savour, in the participating refuges, the specialities proposed by starred chefs participating in the Sciare con gusto project.
A journey of taste where chefs present their culinary proposals made using the best local products, a tribute to the philosophy of ethical and sustainable cuisine.
